UdeA Admission Model Overview I recently published an applied research project called UdeA Admission Model , focused on historical undergraduate admissions data from the University of Antioquia UdeA . The goal of this project was to explore how variables such as applicants, admitted students, campus, academic program, semester, and cutoff scores relate to each other, and then build a public simulator that helps estimate possible admission score scenarios. Why It Matters University admission processes generate valuable historical data. When analyzed carefully, this data can help identify trends, compare academic programs, and understand how demand and available seats may influence cutoff scores over time. This simulator does not replace official admissions information provided by the University of Antioquia. Instead, it serves as an exploratory tool for understanding historical patterns and estimating possible outcomes under similar conditions.
